I already have windows 7 home premium on my laptop, but i want to upgrade it to windows 7 ultimate. What do i need to do to get it?

Yes, yes I know Vista supposedly sucks but I’m going to be stuck with it anyways Does anyone know the major differences between the two? Also is it worth the money to upgrade to premium? It would be on my laptop if that makes any difference.
