I order the “Print Shop 23″ because I thoght that it came with a CD ROM …BUT It was a DVD-ROM…So since I don’t have a DVD Driver,I send it Back for a refund, But Don’t get me wrong, I have The old Version Number 10 “Print Shop” and it works PERFECT! I just want to get a new one that’s all!

I bought this new Printshop because I upgraded my computer in March and found out the Printshop 22 did not work with the new windows vista

Could not recommend this as I was unable to load it on my laptop (2009 HP) or on our main frame computer. The program came with one disc and once downloaded, I thought all was well and good. Not so, because whenever you tried to download some picture from the gallery; it asked you to insert disc (which I did), but… it no longer recognized the disc after you’ve downloaded the program. I was able to get pictures off the computer, but unable to access any photos or pics from the gallery, which was supposed to have a library of thousands. Was there supposed to be more than one disc??? Who knows? When I emailed the seller, they refused to deal with me and told me I needed to contact Broderbund as they’ve never had this issue come up before.
